With KStableau you can make a graphical pedigree for web publishing. Version 3.1 adds features for the analysis of inbreeding, pedigree loss and kinship between groups of persons. Focus is very much on graphical outputs: get insights through charts ... If there is inbreeding in your family (even when it is across 10 generations) then the program will show you how all the persons involved relate to each other. Not for publishing - like the pedigree - but for fun. The program is for free.
