Hi everyone. We are researching my wife's family and have run into a wall. The name is Carano. Her Grandfather (Tomasso married to Filomena Di'Parula) landed in New York between 1910 and 1915. We know that he ran a Deli on the East Side until he left for Canada around 1917. While in New York they lived at 320 E.115th St. It is prior to New York that we run into the problem.
