Repost: A new release of KStableau allows you to make charts of descendant trees. (Previous versions focused on pedigrees and kinship analysis charts). The charts can be published on the web. There are ways of influencing the layout, the way names are presented, etc. And you can suppress still living family members. The names in the chart hyperlink to a text file with family details. To produce a chart, you need a gedcom file, which you can export from the genealogical program where you store your family data. Virtually no experience is needed for a nice result. Go to www.home.zonnet.nl/kstableau/ for an example, the download (the link is in the intro section) and assistence. I would appreciate it if you spread the word, provided you like the results.
