Hello, I am helping a person find papers for a great-grandfather. He came to Arkansas abt 1889, not sure from where. A WPA list says he was Naturalized in Little Rock, no date given. Would they write to LR or to maybe New Orleans, for the record? Also didn't someone say that the New Orleans Ships list were going on-line soon? If they write to NO, could someone please give me a current address for the I Service there? Thank you, Carleen
