    2. Hello, I am researching the BERNI family name in the Parma region. Does anyone have information as to which Italian town(s) might be said to be the names town of origin in Italy? Or where the majority of BERNI families first settled in Italy? Perhaps a history of the name would be helpful also. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Tom

    1. Gabrielli from Predazzo
    2. Miroslav Marek
    3. Hi, during searching my ancestors (in Moravian village Jestrabi) I have found a note about a Joseph GABRIELLI, a stonecutter from Predazzo, who worked in 1888 on railway near Jestrabi. He was son of Valentino GABRIELLI (a smith from Predazzo) and Maria della SCHIEGA (from Predazzo). He had a son Alois Karl (b.8 Jun 1888) with Katerina Mikulska from Zarazice (a small village in Moravia). They are not my relatives, but maybe someone elses? Any questions send to my e-mail adress. Greetings Miroslav Marek

Hi Deborah, I'm sorry your emails bounced back, it probably depended on the XXX's letters I put in my email address to avoid spam... My email, if you want to mail me, is parrif_ibb@yahoo.com So you said your future-in-laws live in Rimini. Do you like the place ? I guess it's not as big as a place as Rome, Florence, Venice, Naples or Milan, but life is quite nice in here, especially in summer, when the touristic season starts. Ciao :) Fabio
