    3. Hi JJ, Here are some things to try: 1...Try shutting down the background programs that are running one by one to see if you notice one program that is causing the problem. (Use Ctrl-Alt-Del to get the TASK dialog box that shows all background programs that are running. Select the program you want to shut down and click on the END TASK button to shut it down.) 2...See if you can isolate the blue screen halting to the use of one certain program such as a MP3 player or game or etc. 2...Check to see that your CPU fan is working well. 3...Check to see if you are using a Cyrix CPU.
