    3. Hi: Yes, Ochoa is a spanish surname. Its origins are in the Basque Country (also spelled Otxoa), but the surname is around all the Iberian Peninsula (and islands, and south and central America...) I can't remember the meaning now. Perhaps somebody in the news would talk about this.
