Javier: I know that OCHOA is a Spanish surname. I know the meanings and where it came from What I meant was that I did not know the correct spelling of the Mexican city that my line of Ochoas immigrated from to the US. My Ochoa's are from the Los Angeles/Oxnard area of California. But I learned that they came from a city called Cananeah in Mexico. I don't even know if it is the correct spelling of that city's name.
