Actually Child Protective Services (CPS) took the little girl away from the mother because of drugs. The court declared that CPS was to deliver the child to the grandmother. I guess they thought it had been done. No one followed up on the case untill the mother reappeared saying that she had gone through rehab and wanted to visit her child. Grandmother says she doesn't know where the child is at. No seems to know where she is. The fact is no visit was ever made and no follow up was made to see if the little girl was ok. Not one, in over a year. In case those of you in other parts of the world don't know. The govenor of Florida is Jeb Bush. George W. Bush's brother. This has been a major scandal needless to say. We're hearing that this is not the first time CPS in Florida has had a major breakdown in protecting the children in their care. Let us know how the nylon rope and duct tape work Sue!
