George ,my husband stopped smoking 3 months ago ,I stopped for 6 weeks and started again ,will be trying to stop again soon but with my Dads health problems it is difficult. I do understand how hard it can be, and extra stress doesn't help any... If you can quit, it does get easier over time... It took me over a year to completely get past the urges...
