Thanks Frances, I forgot to mention that in our shop where hubby spends most of the time we have yes, you guessed it Air conditioning.......... he says he only put that in for the comfort of his customers. ah, such is life. I don't know why he doesn't bow to my wishes as I'm an absolute horror to live with in the Summer months. You would think he would want to avoid the constant bitching. I do have a fan which I put on full blast day at night next to me. Can't sleep otherwise.     3. You must insist Angela - surely with Katy 'an all. An alternative I had in one room in Pakistan was a water cooler which consists of a large fan and a box like structure outside which as straw wall which are constantly moist - thus water droplets are spun into the room. Very refreshing and efficient, I don't know if they have them in Cyprus but they are a very cheap alternative just a bit noisy.
