    3. There are different types of black puddings some even I couldn't stomache. It probably depends on who makes them. Some butchers put large bits of pig fat in them. With this type I usually sort out the bits I don't want and eat the rest. The really nice ones are what I call the Irish recipe. These have cereal, oats or something mixed in and have a drier texture. These last are particularly tasty with lashings of Colman's English mustard and a pint of good English bitter. I bet Brian's salivating.
