If you and Kostas both have O blood all your children will have O blood. O Blood is recessive, the genotype is OO. It is possible for them to have rH negative blood though as rH + is dominant . This makes it possible for both of you to carry genes for both rH- & rH+ genes. I am heterozygeous for the rH factor as I am + and my husband and both girls are negative. We all have A blood. I know my mother's blood genotype was AO as her mother was O and Mum was A. It also means Mum's father had the A blood type. As to the diet who knows if it works. Very likely Kostas will soon get tired of it.
