I think you are right Frances and these things should be treated as furniture. I like to keep everything to hand, otherwise I forget about them! In my picture, there is a little bureau just peeping in from the left. Don made that when he was in college in 1958. I keep most of my "collectors" books in there - some first editions, and stuff which is definitely not to be loaned out in case it doesn't come back.
