Roz - been there, done that, got the tee shirt! You have to remember that there are some of us in the world who are poor, weak willed creatures who don't stick to sensible diets. I am trying the Benecol now as a last resort, advised by my GP. I never buy an item without reading the food values on the label. However, can't see the point of putting the butter on and then scraping it off again so, I'm better with a substitute that I don't really like. If the bread is nice enough, I will do without altogether. I would love to eat the lovely salad I make for Don each lunch time - but I HATE it! I should eat brown bread, but I don't like that either.
