Well, Jim, it's nice to have your considered opinion. As a matter of fact, I do concur with the message absolutely, having had the experience of making a lot of friends on the internet at a time when big changes in my life might have made me very lonely, and possibly even crack up. Marg why do you seem to take differences of opinion as a personal affront? I actually respect everyone's opinion. My opinion is just that there is too much expectation of support from so called experts and a lessening of the tradition of self reliance which in latter years has shown to be in decline. Having a degree in psychology, I agree with the study. It's been long known that expressing feelings, specifically "bad" feelings has a positive effect on the individual... Acting out doesn't seem to work as well but those were different studies done at different times and may not correlate well...
