Just do the Mail Merge again if the label set up page isn't there. It's not a problem. That's the beauty of Word, that page is there for posterity unless you close it without saving. Next time save the pages and all you have to do is go back to them. Roz I just spent quite a long time typing up my labels for my holiday postcards, and just at the press of a button, they all disappeared and all that was left was the original Word Document with nothing on it.
