Most people recovered from the terrible effects of WW2 without social councelling, now even the armed forces insist on it. Yes, I lived through WW2 and am still alive to tell the tale Jim. but I come from a very dysfunctional family and I wish someone had given a bit of counselling to my mum and dad after they'd been apart for the whole six years.
