Me!!!!! especially fried bread that is fried in beef or pork dripping. When I have a joint I skim the fat off and put in a cup and use that for frying leftover potatoes. This reminds me that when I was cooking in Canada, when my sister was ill, they all wanted bacon sandwiches and I had been asked to take the bacon over with me as it is different to Canadian bacon (not better, just different) I was frying eggs too, and saved the bacon fat from the grill pan in a basin. I said "I will kill anyone who throws that bacon fat out", and my Canadian niece said, in amazed horror "What, you SAVE the GREASE?"
