    3. I was the same Jim, but I am on medication for the diabetes. My sugar was about 16, and now it is down to 6 or 7. I am aiming for a lowered cholesterol level, as it was 7.3 last time it was tested. Would like a side effect to be weight loss. 3. Actually Marg my cholesterol is usually 5 so that's OK.Your revelations about your sugar level buck me up no end. I thought I was unique because I don't get much encouragement. Just pained expressions, chins being stroked and tutting. I know I'm not the most steadfast dieter but I think the occasional treat should be enjoyed without that palaver. The practice nurse reproved Dorothy for going on and said I would probably benefit from ice-cream on my fruit rather than Carnation Cream. If you read my message to Roz you'll see I take Pycnogenol as well. I'm trying to find a place I can buy it with my card because the local health shop is cash only and it empties my wallet.
