The battery on my laptop is a Lithium and they have just replaced it cos it started to run down fast and eventually was only any good for about 15mins!!!! Any idea which is the best thing to do with this type. I usually run it down and then recharge. Would I be better to use it on the elec and only use battery power when I am away from home? I usually use it for a couple of hours a day....if not more!!! The battery gets recharged daily cos I thought it was like the old mobile batteries. Roz > L Ion - Lithium Ion batteries - No memory effect. These can be recharged > without blowing another hole in your best string vest. Have higher capacity > than similar sized Nicad , lighter weight. More expensive too. > > Regards > > Dave :-) > > > > > --- > Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.314 / Virus Database: 175 - Release Date: 11-Jan-02 > > > ==== GEN-FRIENDS Mailing List ==== > If you are unsubscribed from the list unintentionally, simply resubscribe. > A full mailbox, computer error, or spam may cause you to be unsubscribed. > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237 _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
