Doubt its the co-op, double the price of everywhere else. If it wasn't for the fact that the co-op is at the top of the road and we'd have to drive past it to get to any other supermarket, we wouldn't shop there. When there's just the two of us at home, it would probably cost more in petrol to go elsewhere. We have no ALDI or Morrisons , although I have shopped in the Morrisons at Roker, and made use of the "restaurant" - cheap and cheerful. Sainsburys is dear compared to ASDA but is just up the road. Nearest TESCO is Wokingham , SAFEWAY at Reading , ditto Waitrose. ASDA comes out best, and there aren't too many old Lexi parked in the car park.
