I was told earlier today that the strobe on my alarm had a temporary fault last night. It was flashing but no-one thought to check I was alive or even if I wanted help, which is part of the reason for having the thing fitted - to summon help. God, what a world. So am I Brian. I've told the story on list of the night when the carers didn't turn up to attend to my blind/invalid mother - who had been recently widowed. These horror stories need to be told - I want it right in case I need care in later life.
