    3. I find all this rather confusing, partly maybe because I find difficulty getting a look at the 'phone bill. My daughter works for BT but I don't think there are any concessions. Our 'phone account is in her name so I don't know whether she's concealing Francesca's usage or the cost of my internet and e-mail dabblings. We really must have a family sit-down. If my share is more than about £45 quarterly then it would be economical for me to open a monthly 'anytime' on my card. I wonder if the fact that BT 'anytime' includes a free second line accounts for the fact that FreeServe is £2 less. Just my thoughts on the matter.     3. Jim, BT Anytime does NOT include a free second line. I just spoke to them to sign up but changed my mind. Their installation fee is £74 plus £10.50 per month for EACH line and £14.99 for Anytime.
