Being allergic to cigarette smoke does make it easier to enforce that rule, but I'm also an ex-smoker... Quit in 1969 after smoking 3 packs a day... Bravo and well said Marj!! Martha Texas
Hi George many thanks for your reply. I think(fingers crossed) that I've solved the problems now. You'll notice my new address tag above. I always come unstuck when I download a program off the web, this time it was a photo resizing program mentioned on the list. Surely when people recommend it they've tried it without any problems. My outlook express just refused to send although at first it would recieve until later it stopped even doing that. I've lost all my initial photographs so come a sunny day I will have to retrace my footsteps in these parts. The weather here in the north west of England is 'crap'. Overcast, cold although thankfully the wind has dropped. I started to mow the lawn yesterday and nearly finished the back one when the heavens opened with rain and hail and wind. I was using an electric machine so I hurriedly switched off dragged the mains lead back inside and threw a tarpaulin sheet on the mowwer. I might try again today if there is a dry spell' Jim Sharpe Shaw, Oldham, UK
I've always had a rule that no one smokes in my house, ever. There is plenty of space outdoors to do that and if you don't like standing in the cold, don't smoke!
