    3. My friend used to say to her (terrible) daughter "You are grounded - you are in the house for a month", and I would see the kid out in the street the next day, because as you say, Jean, it was more punishment for the mother! I said to her in the end "Why don't you just say you are grounded for 2 days and stick to it" The good news, Sue, is that she is now almost 40 and a very gracious young lady! 3. Hi Brian >Danni shouldn't have > problems at her age. I don't believe you. > You'd better believe it! We had a right do a couple of hours back as she "lost" her mobile phone. (personally I wish her Dad had never bought it for her in the first place). I had to ring BT Cellnet to get a block on it, ring the police to report it lost & then search her room for the insurance details, then I found the B....... thing in the car! If it hadn't been a present I would have binned it! All the time I was trying to sort it out she whined about how miserable she was about it & when I suggested she got on with looking for it I was shouted at! Tomorrows gliding lesson may become a figment of her imagination unless I become desperate for peace & quiet! Sue S --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. 3. Vicky, we are all so sorry to hear of your more than 'disastrous fall'...and our thoughts and good wishes will certainly be with you until you're 'on the mend'...I was absolutely amazed that they even sent you home!!...You're not 21 gal!..I would think they would have kept you in hospital whereby they could treat you much better for pain and let the 'bone specialist' attend you there, or, at least arrange that you be taken to see him/her. As you say...you BROKE your knee and TORE a muscle ...plus, fell so hard on your wrist which you are still 'getting over from a break only 5 weeeks ago'....!!....It seems the 'same' everywhere...in, look at you, and 'ship you out'....PLUS, you say you 'had to find some drugs'....did they not send you home with something from the hospital pharmacy .... My prayers are with you Vicky that you will be able to make a quick and full recovery.... Frances __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
