By the way, adjustments were made to the household bill payment, and I now have the privilege of paying the whole of the telephone bill and the internet charges myself out of MY OWN MONEY! He says he can no longer understand the bill when it comes in, and blames me for the complications. I admit, it was complicated until this most recent bill, which is now straightforward, and I actually paid the bill on line this time. I would have changed the subject line Brian, only it's too late - the thread will be all over the place on the Archives! Marj --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. No, it wouldn't. You would have to give out your "Computer Designated" phone number, which I do not do! I really don't see how you can have four adults living in the same house and only have one phone, especially when you have a computer with internet access. This, of course, is only my opinion. I have got to confess to all concerned that we had a telephone bill for £240 last summer. Don made threats and I changed my internet arrangements but it didn't really work, and the next telephone bill was still £170. I change the arrangements to Anytime, and this quarter's phone bill was £117, which is quite good considering I have a daughter in Edinburgh, and family and friends in Canada whom I ring quite regularly. On top of this £177 I also have to pay the £14.95 out of my credit card for the Anytime. The above is just our phone bill. For this phone bill charge of £117, I have two telephones with different numbers. I get all my evening and week-end LOCAL calls free. I have some sort of a package with BT for things like Friends and Family. Will go into more detail if people wish. I am just going to telephone my brother, who has left me a message saying he will have to do without his telephone because he can't afford the bills, but he takes no care about how he uses the phone - long story. Having been to England, via rail from Dover to London and from Belgium to Dover by ship... I know the size differences... it was a nice trip from Dover to London on the train... don't remember exactly how long it took but not long. Flying from Seattle to New York is a 4-hour flight... Train is 5 days... There are places in the west where the nearest hospital big enough to do major surgery is well over 200 miles away... Heck, driving across Montana is a day all by itself...
