Sorry Dave, I should have known someone as smart as yourself would know what 'snailmail' is. I'm improving, thank you for asking. I even went to town with hubby today, but oh the trip down to the car!!!! Than to get into the car--and out again--tomorrow I see the specialist. Snow Plow Jay and his blonde wife live in Minneapolis. One winter morning while listening to the radio, they hear the announcer say, "We are going to have 3 to 4 inches of snow today. You must park your car on the even numbered side of the street, so the snowplow can get through." Jay's wife goes out and moves her car. A week later while they are eating breakfast, the radio announcer says, "We are expecting 4 to 5 inches of snow today. You must park your car on the odd numbered side of the street, so the snowplow can get through." Jay's wife goes out and moves her car again. The next week they are having breakfast again, when the radio announcer says "We are expecting 10 to 12 inches of snow today. You must park...", then the electric power goes out. Jay's wife says, "Honey, I don't know what to do." Jay says, "Why don't you just leave it in the garage this time? --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. A H, B U T ! ! ! She didn't have to invade, for 'twas likened to a large army marching into the establishment, a males domain! Women, even pretty ones [which she might once have been] are not encouraged in this hostelry. Women seem to think they have equality for some ridiculous reason. Don't know what the world's coming to! A revolting aparition walked into the pub today. Dressed in tracksuit bottoms and a sweat shirt, she rolled across the room with belly [I usually say stomach] hanging half way to the knee over the waistband of her trousers. Aged about 50 she waved gaily to anyone who wasn't throwing up and plonked herseld on and around a bar stool. I've never seen a bigger hangover! I didn't even finish my drink. I left feeling quite ill. That's what our kids and grandkids are going to grow into unless someone regulates the chocolate and sweets and crisps and chips that they are growing up on now. I rarely see a child I can honestly say looks pretty - or a mother, they're usually all revolting. After 40+ years of fairly lively drinking I still don't have a "beer belly" and there is no excuse for anyone who has, man or woman. Having said all that, what I have above the shoulders might leave people feeling quite ill! Brian List Admin --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Requires a 4 x Pentium 4GHz machine with 4TB of RAM 20TB of disk space and liquid nitrogen cooling. Apparently they're going to try opening Bill's inbox on it next week, once they've figured out how to run OE99 without the virus checker taking 2 weeks to initialise. It's thought that by modifying the daily appointments system they can tell the system the required 7 days in advance <which> programs they would like to run the following week.
