    3. Who can say Dave, these herbal things work very slowly and you have to persevere for months and even then it's an on going thing. Those who crack on they know say that 'free radicals' cause all the damage which results in aging and blood vessel deterioration. which causes retinopathy. Vitamin C is the long standing anti-oxidant which disperses the 'FRs' and according to a health care article in the Daily Mail and also I think the Mirror this Pine Bark extract Pycnogenol developed in New Zealand and the USA is a more potent remedy than Vitamin C. Diabetics are particularly susceptible to Retinopathy Jim Sharpe Shaw, Oldham. ----- Original Message ----- From: Dave Allen <dave@cdcatalogues.co.uk> To: <GEN-FRIENDS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, January 27, 2002 10:56 AM Subject: Re: [GEN-FRIENDS] Bring Me the Head of Angela > > He was a Spanish looking bloke. 3. You got the solution in the last paragraph Brian. there is a flat portion for eggs and you just splash the fat up. Sunny side up is a bit tricky though. Our griddle is just an iron plate suitably shaped. 2. Vicky Ballantine
    3. Not only do we fly our national flag on our cars--but recently I've even seen state flags, NFL [National Football League] flags and various other types flying from antenna's and windows. I do think people have gone a bit over board--state flag was okay, but mixing everything up like this can be a bit confusing. Plus which I think most of America can claim Irish descent---I know both hubby and I can! ----- Original Message ----- From: "mikemail" <michael@ae.net.sa> To: <GEN-FRIENDS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, January 27, 2002 10:32 AM Subject: Re: [GEN-FRIENDS] England and St George. The Americans who are rightly flying the flag include only a minority of Native Americans. Really Brian! Mike (of Irish descent) --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
