Spending it all is a good idea if you think it would create problems, but we brought our kids up to be self reliant as you would no doubt expect from my expressed opinions. They are both self made, very unselfish and in nearly fifty years have shown only love and consideration for each other as they do to us. Perhaps we are extremely fortunate but I like to think we have had something to do with it. I'm afraid all this psychology lark goes right above my head. I can't imagine ever having to resort to unloading my innermost privacies to others. Someone suggested it was a male thing to have been programmed from birth to cope with ones own problems privately. Could be a lot in that. A lot of these strange therapy ideas originated in America like the funny religious sects did. Yesterday was St Georges day. How disappointing not to see messages showing we are proud to be English. Being proud of our nationality does NOT make us racist but now the do-gooders are trying to get the flying of the English flag banned because the immigrants find it offensive.
