HOLIDAY PARTY SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2002 10:30 TO NOON Orange County Genealogical Society 101 Main Street Goshen, NY 10924 OCGS will host a Holiday Party on Saturday, December 7, 2002 at the historic 1841 Court House in Goshen, NY, at 10:30 AM, after our regular monthly meeting. Please come and meet the Officers and Directors of the Orange County Genealogical Society. Let us share with you our projects, hopes and dreams of where we are going and what we hope to accomplish. At the same time we hope you will share with us what you would like to see us accomplish and let us know how you can help us achieve these goals. The program chairperson, Marilyn Terry, would be most interested to hear what topics you would like covered in future programs. Ethnic Sharing: We would like to hear how you celebrate the holidays with traditions, special recipes, tree trimming etc. We will be serving refreshments, if you have a favorite you might like to share bring it along. Volunteering: If you have an interest is becoming a volunteer we would be most interested in meeting with you. Volunteers are always needed in any well-run organization and ours is no exception. We have indexing projects, work parties that meet once a week, research room staff, work parties for mailing our quarterly (5 times a year). You must be thinking if it's quarterly how can it be 5 times a year. Come find out. We also have projects that can be done at home. Let's get to know one and other better.
