Frederick County (Maryland) Genealogical Society would like to extend an invitation to all genealogists in the region to our annual Holiday Luncheon. Our special guests are - Regional Genealogy Magazine Editors - Past and Present George and Donna Valley Russell, those wonderful people who started the ran the Western Maryland Genealogy Magazine - Patricia A. Anderson - who is the current editor of the Western Maryland Genealogy Magazine - Marty Hiatt - who is the editor of the Northern Virginia Genealogy Magazine. Each of these people have contributed tremendous assets to our research and preservation of little known facts. Come and show your support for their efforts. In addition - each attendee will be entitled to 5 $1 raffle tickets for a copy of the latest CD-ROM for the Jacob Englebrecht Diaries 1820-1870 period. This publication was released earlier this year in both hard bound and CD-Rom versions. For each attendee - a copy of the late addition to regional historical magazines - the Catoctin Center for Regional Studies' October 2002 premier issue titled - 'Catoctin History.' Added features, besides some good social time - are the used and new book sales tables, sharing table, and other cool raffles and door prizes.
