    3. Since the country is the most recognizable of the three parameters, why not place the country in the body of the message. This would help keep clutter from the subject line, which ideally should be short and to the point. In the Gen-Events list, the key point is the subject of the event. Geographic location could then be placed in the first line of the message. Just one woman's opinion, but some of us read the list for content not location.
