May I also suggest: Please post your events as soon as they are planned (as well as when it gets closer to the actual date) so that we can get them on our busy schedules. Some months fill up quickly, especially during the summer and around national conferences. We like to get to as many good events as possible, and have enough time to make travel plans when necessary.
