The Angelina County Genealogical Society will meet for its regular monthly meeting at 5 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2007, in the "Train Depot" meeting room in the Children's Section of Kurth Memorial Library, 706 South Raguet Street, Lufkin, Texas. The program will be presented by Debbie Parker Wayne of Cushing on DNA from the Genealogist Point of View. An executive board meeting will be held at the original 4:00 p.m. time in the library prior to the regular society meeting at 5 p.m. The exciting news is the library board has subscribed to the library version of Ancestry.com online for use in the Ora McMullen Genealogy Research Room in Kurth Memorial Library.
