Come join us for our quarterly meeting of the Pommern Special Interest Group. Brad Witt lives in the San Diego area but is fortunate to be able to travel yearly to Germany on business--and thus continue his research that will help us better understand the daily lives of our ancestors. His title will be "From Pomeranian Field to Chicago Factory: The Journey of an Itinerant Day Laborer to America." We meet at 2:00 PM in the Immigrant Society Library, 1310 West Magnolia in Burbank. The IGS Library will be open from noon to 5 PM so we hope you will join us for the program and discussion/study and refreshments afterwards.
