In honor of October being Family History Month, the North Hills Genealogists [of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania] is hosting an all-day conference on Saturday, 25 October 2008. A great program features speakers Pamela K. Boyer, CG, CGL of Springfield, Virginia and J. Mark Lowe, CG of Springfield, Tennessee. In addition to formal lectures, the conference will give attendees a unique opportunity to interact with these knowledgeable and personable speakers in small group discussions. This will provide a forum for attendees to get their questions answered and to get ideas for further research. The conference will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 5910 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237 where parking is free.
