I too publish a family newsletter on our Balch Family of Maryland, which looks about like yours, and I was recently hit with a whammy when our local (Hot Springs, Arkansas) 'Office One' store closed down. I had all my copies and stapling done there at a cost of about 5.5 cents per double page, sorted, collated, stapled, etc. On one or two occasions I had to go to a small local store "Kwik Print", when the Office One equipment was sick, and their price was fairly competitive; a bit more, but OK. However, as soon as the Office One store closed, Kwik Print more than doubled their prices. I argued my point, to no avail, and ended up taking my business elsewhere. I now take my business to Office Depot in Little Rock, some 65 miles, one way. The cost there is less than half what Kwik Print wants...... so I am spreading the word to other business people on my experience.... and trying hard to help Kwik Print on the way to bankruptcy and closedown. If you have an Office Depot or Office One, give them a try. Good Luck. Gene
