I wonder if anyone has had the same problem as me? Have been trying to view this webnar but keep getting the message "insufficient bandwidth" and I wonder if someone could enlighten me in rather simple terms please as I am in my senior years. I should add that I have followed all the suggestions on the website but to no avail. I use a Lenovo laptop with Windows Vista Business, 1G Ram, Nvidia 128 mb graphics, Windows Media Player, Norton Internet Security. Thanks in advance Valma

What type of internet connection do you have? Is it dial up connection with a 56 bit modem, wired DSL or Cable connection? Since you are in Australia there may be a problem in that your ISP bigpond.com does not have enough bandwidth. Have you contacted bigpond Help? I do not think it has anything to do with your modem, if is is broadband. bob gillis
