In my Windoze XP the settings to change appear to be Go to Start>Control Panel>Regional and Languages Options>Regional Options tab>Select English(Australia) in first drop down list then >Location list (list at bottom of tab page) Select Australia. Click APPLY and then click OK. You should be prompted to re-start the computer for the new settings to take effect but if not re-start computer.
