I had this problem with tiscali a few days ago. My ISP here in Australia said they (tiscali) were blocking two of iinet's servers (ihug is part of the iinet family) for no apparent reason. The advice was to send the email again as it was unlikely to be sent from one of the blocked servers the next time, and sure enough it went through.
