Hi Robyn Not wanting to be beaten by a pesky computer, I Googled "change Keyboard" and discovered this page http://www.wikihow.com/Change-Your-Keyboard-from-American-to-English which seems to do just what it says on the tin can if one substitutes the appropriate languages. I tried it and it worked for me so not so mysterious after all.((;-) Hope it works for you.
