Hi Dawn At last - a techie question I can answer!! Place your curser on a blank bit of the task bar, left-click and hold down as you move the curser and task-bar to the bottom of the screen. For the icons, again on a blank bit of the screen, right-click this time, and you should get 'arrange icons by'. I have Windows XP. Icons are all rearranged, task bar is missing from the bottom but appears vertically on the right side of the screen. Start button at top right, systray vertical bottom right with clock. Any advice appreciated. Dawn -------------------------------------- Having trouble with your subscription? Thanks for your prompt reply, Andy. Nothing seems to happen when I try your suggestion "Place your curser on a blank bit of the task bar, left-click and hold down as you move the curser and task-bar to the bottom of the screen." I had been trying that before my query with no results. Any more suggestions?
