All done and done with. No worries! As you did not use ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS it was probably installed in the default folder - C:\Program Files\Incredimail. That would be the logical place to start looking. Most programs, when you go to install them, usually accept that you want to install them in the default Windows folder (C:\Program Files), and unless you change it during the setup procedure, that is where they end up. When you install any new program, always close down all running programs. You can do this using Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-DELETE), or you can use a simple utility called End It All which I think you will find is still free from the link on this site: http://www.docsdownloads.com/enditall.htm When everything is closed down, then you use ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS to install the program. This is a normal Windows install. It is essential to shut everything down when installing new programs. This is because Windows shares files among programs, particularly files ending with the extension ".DLL" (Dynamic Link Libraries). If you install a program with other programs running, one or more of the files required by the new program may already be in use by another program on your computer. The end result may be a later conflict when attempting to run the new program and you will wonder what has happened. By using ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, the new program will be listed in there if you ever need to change it or remove it from your computer. To use FIND to track down the remnants of Incredimail, just type "incredimail" in the box (without the quotes). End It All, by the way, is a great program to run BEFORE you run DEFRAG on your computer, too.
