.Hi Joe In my experience, you have to import the .dbx folders into Outlook Express on the new drive -- open Outlook Express, go to File, then Ìmport from then you will be given the option of importing messages or addressbook. I'm assuming you know the location of the .dbx folders in order to import them. Good luck!
