    3. Ed, I couldn't find anything about a q_encult.exe but did find info on q_encult.dll. It is a Quicken file. Did you or do you have that program installed? If so, I would un-install it and re-install. If you recently removed the program, do a search for the file and delete it. It seems it's something that for one reason or another, wasn't removed when you uninstalled the program. Hope this is of some help. Good luck, Art At 03:59 AM 6/19/2004, Edward H. 3. Dear List, My Computer seems to have a mind of it's own. This morning I have tried to send emails and I can't change the size of the font or send a message to a friend in Colour (his eyesight is not good). A tick keeps appearing near the Encript ( I keep deleting it and it reappears). I have not changed anything myself. It just happened of it's own accord. No one else uses the Computer. Marie

    3. Marie, I can't help you with your technical problem but I do have a suggestion for writing to anyone who has vision problems. I know from experience that email written in color is VERY difficult to read. I was so thankful that a number of my friends, who know I was having difficulty, emailed me in large print and used the "bold" setting. Yellow, orange, light green and lavender are almost impossible and I simply deleted email that came in like that. 3. Marie,, Go to Tools>Options>Send in Outlook Express Select Html on this page for mail sending format This will allow you to change font size and color in the body of the text. I am surprised you want to send a message in color because he has poor vision. I have low-vision and all these web pages in their fancy colors drive me crazy,I wish I knew a way to turn them easily into black and white. 3. "I wish I knew a way to turn them easily into black and white" You can go to tools > Options > Read and check the box for "Read all messages as plain test" But you loose the formatting and text size too.
