I am in a muddle again. I have converted my data in the UFT Programme on my laptop to GEDCOM to transfer to RootsMagic which has installed with no obvious problems on my new computer. GEDCOM was saved to 3 floppies which appear to have labelled themselves as GED, GO0 and GO1. RootsMagic recognises GED and asks for next disc but on reaching the stage of 'Begin import' nothing happens whatsoever. I have interrogated Discs GO0 and GO1 and they show 709 KB and 936 KB of data respectively. I wonder if the error is in the second disc's labelling but can I/should I change it at this stage. What am I doing wrong? Please keep any replies simple. Thanks, Heather
