Hello Mal and Listers I have the same problem, coupled with the fact that they don't recognise my email address when I try to sign in on that home page - the address they sent the email to! It happened a while ago and I've just checked and it happened again. This time I have contacted them by using the link at the bottom of the email: http://www.friendsreunited.co.uk/support.asp . That takes you to a list of FAQs and I have sent for password confirmation and, using the question: "I have registered but can't get back into the site..." I've emailed them and told them about my problem accessing my schools directly. Bit of a long routine for us busy people! Regards Jan Marchant Sydney
