Pat, Click on one of the messages that you want to save to highlight it. Then press the Ctrl+A keys. This will highlight all the messages in that folder. Go to File > Save As. In the window that opens navigate to where you want to save it and name the file you want to save the messages as. Use .txt as the Save as type. This will save it to a text file that you can open with notepad or any word processor. Take care, Art >I have been putting all my emails that contain Genealogy info in a sub >file from my in box in Outlook Express.
