it sounds like you are scanning the photo to big. do you have an option to scan at a lower resolution. How big are the photo's you have scanned. be careful, you may run out of room on your hard drive with giant pictures. Peggy (WinZip) hardly reduced the size of> the photo file at all and the server got indigestion trying to send the huge> file and gave up half way through.
